We prepare to share the next generation of premium sparkling wine made at our new Jansz Pontos Hills Winery, in the picturesque Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania, led by our winemaker and vigneron Jennifer Doyle.

The 2021 growing season was strongly influenced by the La Nina weather pattern, which in general produces cooler and slightly more humid conditions in Tasmania.
